1. Introduction
Welcome to Sparkle Surface Solutions. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all customers who use our services.
2. Service Scope
Sparkle Surface Solutions offers exterior home cleaning, driveway and sidewalk cleaning, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning services. The scope of work for each service is defined in the service agreement provided at the time of booking. Any additional services requested will be subject to additional charges.
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments.

Failure to pay within the agreed time frame may result in late fees and/or service suspension.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Sparkle Surface Solutions reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will re-clean the area of concern at no additional charge if it is determined that the service was not performed to industry standards.

Refunds will only be considered if a re-clean does not resolve the issue.
6. Liability

Sparkle Surface Solutions is insured for damages that may occur during the performance of our services.

We are not liable for pre-existing damages or conditions that may be exacerbated by our cleaning services.

Customers are responsible for securing all personal property and ensuring that the work area is clear of obstacles.
7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure access to water and electricity for the duration of the service.

It is the customer’s responsibility to remove any items or obstructions from the service area prior to our arrival.

Any delays caused by the customer’s failure to prepare the service area may result in additional charges.
8. Weather Conditions

For safety reasons, certain services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, storms, freezing temperatures).

We will notify customers as soon as possible in the event of weather-related delays.
9. Privacy & Data Protection

Sparkle Surface Solutions respects your privacy and will protect your personal information. We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.

Information collected during the booking process is used solely for providing our services and improving customer experience.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.
